Kia Sportage test drive review

When the new Kia Sportage made its big debut, I made it a point to get over to my Waukegan Kia dealer to give one a test drive. Being a long-time SUV-lover, I figured that I would give the newest addition to the SUV family a try.

I was very pleasantly surprised with what I found from this Kia. From the moment I sat down in the luxurious leather bucket seats I realized that this Kia meant serious business. As I looked around I also noticed that it had enough room for a small army. The interior boasts retractable seats, and when they are down, 67 cubic feet are available for cargo, which is actually more space than some larger SUVs offer. … Continue Reading

The Kia Rio is one of Kias most fuel efficient Cash for Clunkers vehicles.

The Kia Rio is one of Kia's most fuel efficient Cash for Clunkers vehicles.

Well, we’ve been talking about it for quite sometime now, and the big moment went off without a hitch. Cash for Clunkers, aka CARS (Car Allowance Rebate System) began last week and has been just as successful as expected. In fact, many dealers have already seen increases in sales. Waukegan Kia dealers have already put dozens of clunker-driving customers into new, fuel efficient, vehicles.

The Cash for Clunkers deal has been the topic of discussion for months now and now that it has begun, dealers and customers alike are excited to be experiencing the benefits. As I’m sure everyone knows by now, there are plenty of qualifications that one must meet in order to participate in this program. Your vehicle must achieve only 18 mpg or less, and it must improve a certain amount of mileage, depending on the type of vehicle it is.

And for those who have already stopped in at a Waukegan Kia dealership, they have found that there are plenty of options when trading in your clunker for something more earth-friendly. The Waukegan Kia Spectra is a reliable choice for those looking to trade in their gas-guzzler. The Spectra, starting at just $13,500, gets gas mileage of 23 mpg in the city and 30 on the highway, which are great numbers compared to some of the vehicles being traded in already.

The Waukegan Kia Rio is also one of the best trade-ins available. Starting at just $11,495 with gas mileage of 27 mpg in the city and 33 mpg on the highway, it doesn’t get much better than this. Customers who have already traded in their clunkers for the Rio can attest that this Kia is a great deal and an awesome upgrade.

Waukegan dealers have already made plenty of customers happy about their new fuel-efficient rides, so if you are looking to make the leap and trade in your clunker, Kia has plenty of options for you. Stop in at your local Waukegan dealer to find out if you qualify for Cash for Clunkers, and find out what kind of great deal you can get.

2010 Kia Rio

My family has lived in our house for 16 years now. And I can bet that for only about a year of that time we were not changing something. It is my mom’s favorite thing in the world to re-do the house, no matter how great it already looks. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it? Not in our household. That said, if Kia ever offered her a job, I wouldn’t be completely surprised. See, the Kia Rio has undergone tons of changes in its years, but it remains a totally reliable and solid-selling vehicle. Nevertheless, Kia is going to try to make this top car even better in its 2010 model.

Kia Forte Koup

It’s been a pretty crazy year in the car industry. And as of right now, most people are playing it safe and low-key. So it’s great to see someone just having fun and doing something a little krazy. Whoops, crazy. Waukegan dealers have announced the new Kia Forte Koup, that should be hitting show room floors sometime this summer.

The new Koup was presented as a concept car at the New York Auto Show last year. Now that Kia has fully thought out this car, it will be available in two trim levels, the EX and the SX and both spunky and sporty to drive.   … Continue Reading
